Los videos que ha escrito y dirigido incluyen Rita va al Supermercado (Competencia internacional en el Festival de Cine de Oberhausen), Mary Jane (Festival Hors Pistes en el Centro Pompidou, París), Tocados para la paz (Gran Premio en el Festival ASVOFF5; PASADO TIEMPO FUTURO, Arte en Colombia en el siglo XXI, Museo de Arte Moderno, Medellín), La Divanée (Nowness, Marfa Film Festival) y la serie de televisión A Crucigramista (creada con Paula Parisot para ARTE1, Brasil).
Su colaboración con el grupo de teatro The Civilians, The Undertaking, fue estrenada en el Festival New Wave de la Academia de Música de Brooklyn. Mitrani recibió una subvención de la Fundación Hermès para hacer la película inmersiva Travelling Lady, protagonizada por la icónica actriz española Rossy de Palma, la cual se estrenó en Crossing the Line, Nueva York, y se presentó en New Settings, París; Festival Internacional de Música y Artes de Soluna, Dallas; y el Museo Universitario del Chopo, Ciudad de México. En el 2019 el video Quisiera reencarnar en palmera fue comisionado como parte del 45 Salón Nacional de Artistas en Bogotá, Colombia. La muestra Soñé que el paisaje me miraba en colaboración con Alex Czetwertynski se presentó en el Museo de arte moderno de Bogotá de marzo a agosto del 2021.
